Heard any good gossip lately? Apparently gossip is hard to come by these days. recent poll in the UK found that people rarely stop to gossip. Instead they spend their days ?silently rooted to their pc, pausing briefly to eat sandwich at their desk’. What was once coherent workforce has become set of insecure and fiercely-competitive individuals. This state of affairs benefits no one, least of all employers.
“If workers are denied the opportunity to share their knowledge and experience with each other, their work will be less productive and creative,” they say.
